Annie Leong writes a popular, bi-lingual cookery column for Hong Kong's largest Chinese language newspaper Sing Tao Daily and its sister publication East Week magazine. She also spent one year as Chinese food consultant to Cathay Pacific Catering Services. Her first two books, Cooking with Annie and Look and Cook with Annie, demonstrate her passion and eclectic interests in all things culinary.
