KOPPEL vase, large

A very stylish set of creamer and sugar bowl designed by Prince Sigvard Bernadotte. As a designer Prince Sigvard Bernadotte (1907-2002) had a long and fruitful cooperation with Georg Jensen. Bernadotte was inspired by the new functionalism in the late 1920s and as such his work for Georg Jensen translated into a more modern interpretation of the work of silver.
 
This set bears the post-1945 "Georg Jensen" mark togther with "Denmark Sterling" and 'Sigvard' signature mark.
